Auto Check Inspections are performed as a VISUAL ASSESSMENT ONLY and reported as they are seen on the day. We do not dismantle, remove or strip any part of the vehicle during the process. Road tests are performed with the consent of the seller and if the vehicle is registered, has a permit or trade plate and is roadworthy.

There are no warranties or guarantees of any kind in connection with this vehicle inspection. The vehicle inspection is intended solely as an “evaluation” of the vehicles condition at the time and date of the inspection. Auto Check Inspections specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of the said vehicle, and further disclaims any liability of any hidden wreck, flood damage or tampered components not readily apparent. The items visually inspected were in the reported condition at the time of inspection. Further disclaimed is any liability for any damage or defects not found during this inspection. Other conditions may exist which did not appear during inspection.
